Very rare 1980s Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche cashmere and wool blend double breasted coat. The contrasting velvet is a cotton. The cuffs, lapel, front pockets are all velvet. Inside of jacket is lined. This is a truly incredible piece. Classy and timeless.
