Incredible 1980's vintage Yves Saint Laurent silk blouse. Off center half button up with draping neck tie that can be worn many different ways. Unique plaid pattern print and jacquard weave on buttery soft and drapey silk satin. Bouffant sleeves. Excellent pre-loved condition.

I encourage you to spot clean and spray with a mixture of lavender (or any other antimicrobial essential oil) and water while the garment is inside-out for a refresh. Washing less helps to extend the life of your garment. Always test in an inconspicuous area before washing delicate fabrics. I like to use Laundress on silk. 
If you don't trust yourself to wash silk. I recommend seeking out a trusted green dry-cleaner in your area. If you live in San Francisco, I recommend Sonia's Cleaners.
