We’ve missed you and are so excited to invite you back into the studio shop! Here are some of the actions that we’re taking for our collective safety and wellness.
FOR YOUR SAFETY
To provide a safe and healthy environment for our customers, staff, and community, we've added new procedures to the in-store shopping experience. Please help us by following the guidelines out of consideration for other customers and our staff.
We will routinely wipe down high-touch surfaces with disinfectants throughout the day and after each customer. Hand sanitizer and gloves will be available for customer and staff use. We will sterilize all items tried on with a high heat steamer and wait a full 24 hours before returning to the sales floor.
We ask all customers to remain at least 6 feet apart from others at all times. We will limit the store capacity to 2 customers at any one time. This may mean that you might have to wait a bit prior to entry, and we thank you for your patience.
We ask that our employees and customers wear face coverings (non-medical masks, bandanas, scarves, etc) to protect themselves and others for the entirety of their visit while in the store, as per San Francisco City guidance.
We ask that if you have a cough, fever, or are feeling even slightly under-the-weather PLEASE rest at home and take good care of yourself.
We will provide options for contactless payment at checkout, including venmo, tap and mobile credit card payments.
If you choose to shop from the comfort of your home, we'll bring online purchases to your car if curbside pickup is selected at checkout. Customers who selected curbside pickup will be notified when the item is ready for same-day pickup during business hours.
To bring you the best service possible, we have temporarily shortened store hours during Phase 1 of reopening.
